This week we focus on food and wine and have the opportunity to be part of genuine olive harvest.
We visit various wine and oil producers for wine tasting and spend two afternoons for cooking classes. Italian food, Abruzzo style. And a lot more!

This week we focus on you who want to get started, reboost your training but on a lighter level.
Light hiking, swimming, fuctional training and qigong is on the agenda. And we combine it with basic nutrion for a healty life style.
This is what we do
We facilitate 3-10 days activitiy arrangement for:
- Prebooked groups of up to 16 participants + coaches/leaders.
- A variety of open week arrangements for couple/friends or singels persons sharing double room.
How does it work?
Pre booked arrangements
for groups is design for coaches or instructors who wish to bring hteir group or clients. We set it up accordingly to the coaches/ instructors wishes for the week. Usually a mix/combo of activities including winetasting and cooking classes.
Planned/open weeks
The agenda for the planned open weeks are set by us. We follow the cycle of the year with at focus on grape and olive harvest in the fall and mix that with light activities, while in the spring we set for different combos of activities. Such as, hiking, swimming, cycling etc.
